There were a lot of options for systems management at the time of my purchase, all of which have either become discontinued or niche products with little to no support. PhoneMaster is the perfect product for a single system or enterprise needs. Compared to the other products, or using the command line, PhoneMaster provides one technician with the capability to manage many aspects of daily telephony with outstanding efficiency, in a highly cost effective manner. Never has PM come to the State of Maine to tell us we need to spend more money to get the features needed or to spend unplanned monies on support. The level of technical support is always best of class and handled with respect, speed, and the highest level of skill. On forums, at conferences, the other companies I have talked with have echoed my findings, all of them providing praise for how well it works for them. I strongly recommend that anyone purchase PhoneMaster and I have provided PhoneMaster with my permission to provide my contact information to anyone seeking further information. Years ago when we upgraded our PBX we looked at several products for PBX administration and Call Detail reporting. We determined that Phoneware had the best product for the money then and we have never regretted our decision! The product is easy to use, intuitive and the training time for new users is very short. Their product support is second to none, and the cost of ownership (annual service contract) is low compared to other products. I always recommend the Phone Master/CallBill Integrated suite from Phoneware to my peers and welcome the opportunity to do so now. Most troubles are corrected immediately, or within a few hours. They’re great! As for the CallBill program, we find it very user friendly and it has a nice interface (things are easy to find).
